Terms of Use

Last updated: 20 September 2026

A. Operator and scope

SpareGraph is operated by Webestate, a Swedish sole trader; full company details are on the Legal page. The public service is aimed primarily at businesses and professionals working with industrial machinery, maintenance, automation, MRO and legacy equipment. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected by these terms.

B. Informational technical service

SpareGraph provides evidence-based technical knowledge and research. It is not a seller of the parts described. Content is not a guarantee of availability, suitability or compatibility, and it is not professional engineering, electrical safety, machinery safety or certification advice.

C. Verification before purchase, installation or use

You must independently verify, as applicable, before any purchase, installation or commissioning: the exact manufacturer, catalog number and hardware/software revision; voltage, current and power ratings; dimensions and mounting; firmware and software versions; feedback/encoder interfaces; fieldbus and network configuration; parameters; safety functions and safety integrity; machine-specific configuration; and regulatory and certification requirements. Never install or energise a component based on unverified information from this site.

D. Lifecycle and replacement labels

Labels such as "candidate", "requires verification", "historical successor", "current successor" and "modernization successor" are evidence labels, not guarantees of plug-and-play interchangeability. The quality and date of the underlying sources matter, and knowledge can become outdated.

E. Deep Search

Deep Search is free of charge until further notice. There is no guaranteed turnaround time, and no promise that an exact replacement, supplier, stock or repair route exists for any request. The status link you receive is private and works like a key: anyone holding it can see the status page, so keep it confidential. Verified technical findings may be anonymised and added to the public SpareGraph knowledge base as described in the Privacy Policy. An optional Deep Search email is used only for that request and is never used for marketing.

F. Third-party sources and trademarks

Manufacturer names, product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification and reference only. Links to external sources are provided as evidence and reference; third-party availability and content can change. No affiliation with, or endorsement by, any manufacturer is implied unless explicitly stated.

G. Acceptable use

You must not:

  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or its data
  • probe or attack private or administrative endpoints
  • bypass rate limits, access controls or other protective measures
  • submit malicious payloads or content
  • use the service unlawfully
  • bulk-republish or extract the database in a way that infringes applicable intellectual property or database rights

Automated crawlers may access public pages consistent with the published crawler directives and a reasonable load.

H. Intellectual property and database

SpareGraph's page structure, original explanatory text, selection and arrangement of content, and database content may be protected by applicable copyright and database rights. Source documents remain owned by their respective rights holders. Linking and citation are welcome; wholesale republication is not granted merely by visiting the site.

I. Availability and changes

The service may change, be corrected, become unavailable or be withdrawn. Withdrawn or outdated technical information may be removed.

J. Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Webestate is not liable for losses caused by relying on unverified compatibility, purchasing decisions, installation, commissioning, downtime, production loss or errors in third-party sources. This does not exclude liability where such exclusion is prohibited by mandatory law, including liability for intent or gross negligence under Swedish law.

K. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Swedish law, and disputes are subject to Swedish courts. Mandatory jurisdiction rules and consumer rights that legally apply remain unaffected.
